Toddler Painting Class with Awakening Minds Art at the Leipsic Community Center
-Held on the 1st Thursday of every month from 4-5 pm -$15 per toddler, includes canvas and all other supplies Experience art with your toddler/preschooler while getting them Kindergarten ready! Class includes a step-by-step painting while we work together on shapes, colors, counting, and much more! Children must be accompanied by an adult. Upcoming Toddler Painting will be held in May & August. |
Painting with Awakening Minds Art held at The Leipsic Community center
-Held every 1st Thursday at 5:30-6:30pm -$15 per person, includes all supplies Enjoy a step-by-step painting class designed for the success of any age or ability. Perfect for couples, parent-kid bonding, mentors and a way to meet new friends! |
SUMMER 2022 PROGRAMS
Little Ones Art Camp - Ages 2-6 - $25 - includes 2 sessions
Join us for process-driven art projects designed with your little ones in mind! Projects will include a variety of painting and collaging projects with plenty of wiggle breaks in between! Dress for a mess. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Collage a Landscape! - $20 Similar to mosaics and patchwork quilts, collaging is the art technique of ripping or cutting paper, putting the pieces back together differently, and creating something new. Students will design their landscape and explore composition, texture, rhythm, and color.

Linoleum Block Printing - $50
Join us for an introduction (or review) on Linoleum Block Printing--a form of printmaking where students carve out grooves from a piece of linoleum, put ink on it, and transfer the image to a separate piece of paper.
Students will design their image and practice the process of printmaking! This class requires students to focus and use moderate force to cut through the linoleum. Recommended ages are 4th grade through adulthood with strong listening skills and typical motor development.
